Terms of Service — AI Visibility Monitor

These terms describe your use of AI Visibility Monitor (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. The Service is currently in private beta; expect this document to be updated.

Beta status

The Service is under active development. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. The Service may be slow, unavailable, or produce unexpected results. Do not use the Service as a sole source of truth for business decisions.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to violate any applicable law.
Attempt to disrupt, probe, or circumvent the Service's infrastructure or abuse its scan endpoints.
Share the Service with other people through your own account.
Submit content that infringes on third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

AI-generated output

The Service uses AI models to evaluate how your brand appears in AI-generated responses and to generate recommendations.

AI output is provided as-is.It may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or fail to reflect the actual behavior of AI assistants in practice. Recommendations are model-generated suggestions, not professional advice. Do not make business, legal, financial, or marketing decisions solely based on the Service's output without independent review.

Intellectual property

Content you submit to the Service — including organization details, competitor lists, and prompts — remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process that content for the purpose of operating the Service on your behalf.

Scan results and recommendations generated by the Service are produced for your use; they may reflect the training or behavior of underlying AI models.

Fees

The Service is currently free during the private beta. Paid plans may be introduced later; if so, you will be notified in advance before any charges apply.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated output.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, particularly during the beta period. You may stop using the Service at any time by signing out and discontinuing use.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
